Nobody enjoys leg day. More importantly, nobody likes post leg day. Walking around the office or house like your legs are broken is never a good look. All of this can and will be avoided if you simply take the time to stretch before and after working your legs. A few glasses of water and a wholesome meal after won’t hurt either. Overall, stretching helps you avoid injuries and minimalize the amount of soreness you will encounter in the long run.
