Full body workouts are for great for waking up your body and getting blood flow to all parts of your body. Exercise in general helps flush out toxins and get blood pumping to your brain. An active body turns into an active and healthy mind. Here a full body workout that you can utilize and find great results in the end! WARM UP:

Warming up is the most crucial aspect of exercise. It prepares the body for exercises by gradually increasing the heart rate and circulation. Additionally, it loosens the joints and increase blood flow to the muscles. Stretching the muscles prior to strenuous exercise prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries.

UPPER BODY:

3 set of 10 push-ups/3 sets of 8 LAT pull downs/3 sets of 8 dumbbell side raises

LOWER BODY:

3 set of 10 goblet squats/3 sets of 8 alternating leg lunges/3 sets of 8 alternating leg step ups

CORE:
