Surround yourself with content and people who support you and will motivate you to have a positive mental attitude. What you see, hear, watch, and learn from will change the way you think. You might hear from people, even those you love, that will be negative to you. Remain positive and beleive in yourself that you are a great person and have unlimited potential.
Have a Positive Mental Attitude. Think what you want and allow yourself to feel as though you already have it. It feels good right? Focus on the positive. For example; rather than saying "I want to lose weight", say "I am at my optimal weight". By doing so you will condition your subconscious mind to be what you want which will allow you to behave how you need to behave.
Set your goals and targets. It is one thing to say "I am going to start a workout plan to lose weight", but to make sure your behaviors follow your goals give yourself a more direct plan. Be realist with your schedule and available times. You could say: " I workout on a strength training program 3 days per week and cardio exercise 3 days per week. I workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30pm. I use the Fitness 19 6 week workout plan for my exercises."
